    Miami, Fla. - June 26, 2020 - GrayRobinson attorneys Ted C. Craig and Christopher N. Johnson, shareholders in the Miami law firm office, were mentioned in the Law360 article, "No Meat To Tyson 'Prime Pork' False Ad Suit, Judge Says."  The article discusses how a Florida federal judge dismissed a class action lawsuit claiming that The Fresh Market Inc. and Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. falsely labeled and advertised their pork products in a way that deceived consumers into believing the products were graded "Prime" by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.  The court held that, as a matter of law, a reasonable consumer would not be deceived based on the content of the defendants’ labels and advertising.  Craig and Johnson represented The Fresh Market Inc. and Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. in the case.  Read the full article here.
