    Miami, Fla. – June 29, 2020 – Alcohol Beverage and Food Law attorney Valerie Haber, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Miami law firm office, was featured in the South Florida Business Journal article, "What to Do if an Employee at Your Restaurant Has COVID-19."  In the article Haber discusses what restaurant owners need to do once an employee is diagnosed with COVID-19. She stresses that restaurant owners should have protocols in place for when someone tests positive for the virus. “The most important thing is that a restaurant have a very specific and predefined plan for what’s expected in that case," she said. “Having a written policy in place is super important.” Read the full article here.
