    TAMPA, FL – March 28, 2020 – Alcohol and food law attorney Elizabeth A. DeConti, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tampa law firm office, published an article for Hospitality Lawyer discussing how the alcohol industry is being affected by COVID-19. The article, “COVID-19’s Impact on Extensions of Credit and Returns in the Alcohol Beverage Industry,” focuses on the creative ways restaurants, bars, and other on-premises retailers of alcoholic beverages can recover their losses after the enactment of the state and local closing orders. “One solution to recover cash and prevent waste is to return alcohol beverage inventory the retailers do not believe they will be able to sell as a result of the closures,” DeConti details.
