Established in 2007, Festival of the Arts BOCA was designed to promote the cultural arts and to enrich the quality of life of the residents of Boca Raton, North Broward and Palm Beach County. Larsen explains that "the Next Wave Lounge, a collaboration with our young professional affiliate, will entice the next generation of Festival patrons and first-time attendees with an affordable and special experience.”
