Three GrayRobinson Attorneys Recognized in Orlando Family Magazine’s "Awesome Attorneys" List

Clifford’s practice focuses on tax law, estate planning and trust and estate administration. He has advised families, individuals, business owners and investors on income and estate tax planning, state and local taxation and inbound investment planning for foreign investors. He has also represented individuals, businesses and estates in audits and disputes with tax authorities and has assisted clients with legislation affecting Florida tax matters. Clifford is board certified in Tax Law by The Florida Bar.

Keiner is a very highly respected experienced trial lawyer. He has held an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell for over 30 years and an AV Preeminent® rating for over 25 years. Spradley is chair of GrayRobinson’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and focuses her practice in all aspects of management employment law, including litigation, general advice, and training.
