JACKSONVILLE, FL – November 21, 2018 – Kenneth B. Jacobs, managing shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Jacksonville law firm office, was interviewed in the Action News JAX story "Neighbors Split Over Benefits of New St. Johns County Development." Some residents believe the new mixed-use development, "Fountains at St. Johns," will cause more traffic, while others believe there is a need for more things to do in the area. Jacobs shared that 5,000 homes are expected to be built in the area in the near future, therefore the community must continue to grow to serve a rapidly increasing population.
