TAMPA, FL – APRIL 4, 2017 – GrayRobinson, P.A. announced today that Josef Y. Rosen has joined the litigation and securities practice groups. Josef will work out of the Tampa office focusing his practice on securities and securities litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters. Josef comes to GrayRobinson from Allen Dell, P.A., where he worked as a securities law and intellectual property law associate.
Josef will focus his practice on representing securities and financial services clients in connection with contact litigation, breach of contract, trade practices and trade secrets. He also represents clients in intellectual property matters involving software licensing and copyright infringement.
Rosen received his juris doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2013 and his bachelor of science from City University New York- Brooklyn College in 2008. Rosen is a current member of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
