Focus

South Florida litigator bringing academic excellence and strategic problem-solving skills to bear in representing firm clients.

As a former judicial law clerk for the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Scott Palmer is an asset to firm clients and GrayRobinson colleagues. Scott’s experience clerking in the appellate court system refined his practical litigation skills on a broad range of cases and provided him with significant experience interpreting and applying Florida rules of procedure, legislation, and case law. The clerkship also provided Scott with opportunities to write on Florida law and edit judicial opinions across a broad spectrum of appeals. Combined with his exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence, Scott’s academic background positions him as an asset within the GrayRobinson Litigation Section.

Scott graduated as valedictorian from his law school class and demonstrated his dedication to legal scholarship by serving as an articles and comments Editor for the Nova Law Review. Scott received honors in Moot Court for his advocacy abilities and served as a teaching assistant in Constitutional Law and Legal Research and Writing and as a research assistant in Civil Procedure. Scott was later selected as the Fourth District Court of Appeal New Attorney Induction Ceremony student speaker.
