Alecia Ingram Attorney At Law

Alecia Ingram is a member of the GrayRobinson Public Finance Team. She focuses her practice on all aspects of public finance transactions, including bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and serving as counsel for both underwriters and banks. As disclosure and underwriters’ counsel, Alecia has extensive experience preparing critical documents such as offering materials, bond purchase agreements, continuing disclosure agreements, material event notices, and disclosure policies and procedures. As a continuation of this process, she conducts due diligence investigations of issuers and oversees review of ongoing compliance with Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission, ensuring adherence to continuing disclosure obligations. Alecia has represented a variety of clients, including, cities, counties, utility authorities, airport authorities, housing authorities, school boards, universities, and various underwriters and banks.
