Valerie Haber Quoted in the South Florida Business Journal

Haber, shareholder in the firm’s Miami law firm and Fort Lauderdale law firm offices was quoted in the South Florida Business Journal article, "South Florida Food Trucks Proceed with Caution."  The article discusses how for South Florida, food trucks offer a lower cost of entry for entrepreneurs who might otherwise be unable to afford the high rents in the area's commercial sector. Although the costs are lower, food truck businesses struggle with hard-to-follow government regulations. For this reason, it is harder for a truck to stay in business long-term. 

Haber discusses how there is a rivalry among restaurants and food trucks and that restaurants dislike food trucks because restaurants have to go through more expenses and hassle.
