Five GrayRobinson Attorneys Featured in Florida Record

The article summarizes the class action lawsuit brought against the Florida Prepaid College Board by a plan subscriber. In a decision made by a three-judge panel of the Florida First District Court of Appeal, the GrayRobinson team, representing the Florida Prepaid College Board, was granted summary judgment in a breach of contract suit filed by the plaintiff.
