    TALLAHASSEE, FL – March 22, 2019 – Attorneys Michael E. Riley, Jason L. Unger, Ashley Hoffman Lukis, Andy V. Bardos and Jason A. Zimmerman were featured in the Florida Record article “Florida Prepaid 'Tuition Differential Fee' Doesn't Entitle Out-of-State Students to Tuition 'Windfall:' Appeals Panel.” The article summarizes the class action lawsuit brought against the Florida Prepaid College Board by a plan subscriber. In a decision made by a three-judge panel of the Florida First District Court of Appeal, the GrayRobinson team, representing the Florida Prepaid College Board, was granted summary judgment in a breach of contract suit filed by the plaintiff.
