The United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has enjoined the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) from enforcing regulations that would have required most private sector employers to post notices informing employees of their rights to organize, provide contact information for the NLRB, and convey information about enforcement procedures.
