Emily Pineless Attorney At Law

Emily is a shareholder in GrayRobinson's Boca Raton office. She focuses her litigation practice in the areas of commercial and business torts, contract litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury defense, in addition to labor and employment matters for governments and small businesses. 

• Background

  Emily was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. Prior to making Boca Raton her home, she graduated from Florida State University, magna cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication studies and a minor in psychology. She went on to receive her juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. While attending NSU, Emily served as the Editor in Chief of the honors journal, International Citator and Research Guide, and received the Schlesinger Trial Advocacy Scholarship. She also served as a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyer Division, Law Student Division Board of Governors, worked as a law clerk for the School Board of Broward County, Florida Office of the General Counsel and interned for the Honorable David A. Baker, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
