GrayRobinson Shareholder and Appellate and Trial Support Team Leader Jack Reiter will present “Extraordinary Writs: Certiorari, Mandamus, & Prohibition” as a panelist at the Third District Court of Appeal (DCA) Spring Seminar: Extraordinary Writs & Non-Final Appeals presented by the Miami Dade Bar Association (MDB) Courts Committee and the Monroe County Bar Association on Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Third DCA Courthouse in Miami. The half-day CLE seminar will cover extraordinary writs and interlocutory appeals, featuring a Q&A with the entire Third DCA bench and a judicial reception. The MDB is the largest lawyer network in Miami-Dade County and one of the largest voluntary bar associations in Florida.
