GrayRobinson Shareholder Benjamin Bard Certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar

GrayRobinson today announced Shareholder Benjamin Bard has become board certified in labor and employment law by the Labor & Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar for a five-year period, effective June 1, 2023. Board certified lawyers have demonstrated special knowledge, skills, and proficiency to be properly identified to the public as board certified in their area of law. Ben is located in the firm’s Tampa office, advising private and public employers on all labor and employment law issues and disputes. He represents management in employment litigation before state and federal courts, as well as federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
