ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Arti Ajit Hirani has joined its Private Client Services Section as Shareholder in the Orlando office, where she advises families, individuals, and business owners on estate planning and taxation.

Hirani focuses her practice on helping private clients preserve wealth, and corporate clients minimize tax obligations. She regularly advises clients on tax-sensitive estate planning matters and assists clients in developing personalized strategies to accomplish their estate and business planning objectives. Hirani maintains extensive experience guiding foreign investors through complex inbound investment planning via real estate investments and trusts and is well-versed in corporate transactions. She frequently counsels business owners on strategies to minimize tax implications associated with mergers and acquisitions.

Hirani received her Master of Law in International Taxation from the University of Florida (UF), her Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago, her Juris Doctor from Barry University, and her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from UF. She currently serves on The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Section Board of Governors, the Orange County Bar Association’s (OCBA) Young Lawyers Section Board, and as an executive council member of the OCBA. Hirani previously served as president of the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
