FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Eric Martin has joined the Intellectual Property Section in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Martin focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, and is well versed in drafting patent extensions, trademark applications and memoranda, and United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) action responses. He also has experience as a first-party property insurance litigation defense attorney, where he handled cases from inception through trial, including developing case strategy, representing clients in mediations and arbitrations, and reviewing and preparing discovery responses and documents for production.
Martin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida (UF) Levin College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from UF.
