GrayRobinson Bolsters Estate Planning Team with Addition of Shareholder Brooke Benzio

MELBOURNE, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Brooke Benzio has joined the firm’s Estate Planning Team as shareholder in the Melbourne office, where she will practice exclusively in the areas of estate planning, wealth preservation, and elder law.

Benzio specializes in assisting individuals and families with complicated legal matters, and is adept at handling sensitive situations, including addressing transfer tax concerns, providing security for individuals with special needs, and planning for long-term care expenses. Her practice centers around ensuring an estate plan is holistic and effective, and she works to provide plans that are endurable, customized, and responsive to the vast and varied spectrum of circumstances people experience over the course of their lifetime.

Benzio received her juris doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, her Master of Laws, with honors, from the John Marshall Law School, and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with minors in Anthropology and Economics from Florida State University. She is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar, Indian River County Bar, and Brevard County Bar Associations.
