Orlando, Fla. – November 20, 2020 – GrayRobinson Employment Attorney Susan T. Spradley, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Orlando law firm office and chair of the Firm’s labor and employment practice, was elected to serve on the Employment Law Alliance Board of Directors (ELA). In this role Spradley will support ELA globally, upholding ELA’s mission to provide HR executives, General Counsel and business leaders with comprehensive labor and employment and immigration services. Spradley will join the board and serve as the Co-Chair of the Global Membership Engagement Committee, after previously serving as the Co-Chair of the North American Business Development Committee and then serving as Special Projects Chair for the North American region. She has managed GrayRobinson’s ELA efforts since 2007.
Spradley focuses her practice in all aspects of management employment law, including litigation, general advice, and training. Her practice encompasses representing employers in federal and state courts as well as before state and local agencies. She is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been ranked in the Chambers USA Labor and Employment practice area consistently since 2016. In addition to her participation in ELA, she is a member of The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section, American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section, Academy of Florida Management Attorneys, and Society for Human Resource Management.
