Orlando, Fla. – March 1, 2021 – GrayRobinson, P.A. (GrayRobinson) today announced Mark J. Chmielarski, who has been named a 2021 “Best Lawyer” by U.S. News and World Report and Orlando Magazine, has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Orlando office. “We’re delighted to welcome Mark as a member of our real estate team in Orlando,” said GrayRobinson President and CEO Dean Cannon. “Mark is a seasoned attorney who has spent more than 30 years in the ever-evolving real estate, commercial lending, and commercial litigation areas. Chmielarski joins the firm’s real estate team, where he brings over three decades of experience in commercial lending, real estate, corporate, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. In real estate transactions, he represents both sellers and buyers in commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions. His experience in commercial litigation includes commercial foreclosures, residential foreclosures, and loan workouts.

“Although new to our team, Mark already has many advocates within the firm, having worked with a number of our shareholders over the years, myself included,” said Orlando Office Managing Shareholder Mike Neukamm. “We are thrilled to welcome him aboard and see him put his trusted expertise in real estate, commercial lending and commercial litigation to work for GrayRobinson.”
