GrayRobinson’s Boca Office Co-Founder Charlie Siemon Passes Away at 74

Boca Raton, Fla. – September 25, 2020 – GrayRobinson, P.A. is saddened to share the news that former GrayRobinson Director Charles L. "Charlie" Siemon, co-founder of the Boca Raton office, passed away on September 24, 2020.

Siemon joined GrayRobinson in April 2013 and opened the firm’s Boca Raton office with his partner Wendy Larsen. During his 30-year career, he served clients in more than 30 states and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico in regard to land use planning, preservation of environmentally sensitive and open space lands, downtown and community redevelopment, and growth management. He retired from GrayRobinson on August 31, 2018, leaving his legacy on Boca’s Mizner Park, Festival of the Arts BOCA, and other innovative projects.

"Charlie’s vision for the downtown and all of Boca was unprecedented and he will be remembered by all who knew him," said Larsen. "I was his partner and friend since 1975 and I think of him every day."

Siemon’s legacy is highlighted Boca Magazine and the Palm Beach Post – both publications calling him a Boca Raton visionary.
