Lakeland, Fla. – August 18, 2020 – GrayRobinson, P.A. Associate Attorney Jennifer Higley Spath, located in the Lakeland office, was appointed to serve as a board member of The Federalist Society Polk County Lawyers Chapter. The Federalist Society is founded on the principles that the separation of governmental powers is central to our Constitution, and that it is the duty of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be. In her role, Spath will promote awareness of these longstanding principles and further their application through organizing and facilitating community activities.
Spath focuses her practice in general civil litigation. She has extensive trial experience. She is the founding president of the Polk Association of Women Lawyers, and formerly served as a member of the Orlando Economic Partnership’s Young Professional Advisory Council and the Tiger Bay Club of Central Florida.
