TAMPA, FL – January 16, 2019 – Banking and finance attorney David S. Hendrix, Esq., founder and chair of the firm’s banking and finance practice group and shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tampa law firm office, has been re-elected to the Executive Board of the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council—Boy Scouts of America.
Hendrix is a former president of the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council and also served as President of the Boy Scouts of America for the State of Florida. He is one of 50 community and business leaders who serve on the board.
The Executive Board of the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council functions as an administrative group who takes action to achieve the purposes of the Council and carries out the policies of the Boy Scouts of America. It sets policy for the Council in accordance with its delegated authority, and within the context of the Charter and Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Boy Scouts of America.
