Jeff Aaron represents private and public sector clients throughout Florida in complex commercial litigation and governmental actions. His versatile experience ranges from election law and government affairs to intellectual property and technology matters. Jeff collaborates with clients operating across a range of sectors, including government, higher education, and technology, among others. Known for his natural leadership abilities and valuable governmental insights, Jeff was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve on the Sixth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission and was subsequently elected to serve as its chair.

An ardent advocate of intellectual and practical developments in the law, Jeff works closely with clients to provide meaningful and substantive counsel throughout the litigation process. His deep understanding of how state and local governments function, helps clients understand the legal and regulatory implications of legislative issues affecting business operations and strategic planning. When challenges arise, Jeff represents clients before state agencies, at administrative hearings, and in state and federal courts throughout the state.

Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Jeff served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Jeffrey Levenson of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He also served as a law clerk in Florida Governor Rick Scott’s Office of the General Counsel, at William Morris Endeavor’s Music Division, and at the University of Florida’s Office of the Vice President and General Counsel. He frequently teams with GrayRobinson colleagues in the corporate and government affairs and lobbying practices to provide effective representation before all levels of Florida government.
