Peter Quinter to Discuss Automated Export System (AES) Violations on NCBFAA Webinar

Quinter's presentation will cover how the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is aggressively issuing penalties against exporters and freight forwarders for violations of the Automated Export System (AES). Every exporter and freight forwarder should understand: (1) the export requirements of 15 CFR Part 30, and (2) how to mitigate any penalty issued by CBP's Fines, Penalties, and Forfeitures Offices for export violations.
