Peter Quinter Presents at the 47th Transportation Law Institute

MIAMI, FL – August 7, 2014 – Peter Quinter, Shareholder in Charge of the Customs and International Trade Law Group at the law firm of GrayRobinson, P.A., will present at the 47th Transportation Law Institute scheduled for November 7, 2014. Quinter’s panel presentation, entitled “A Gateway to Growing Exports and Trade: The Overarching Role of the Intermediary in Facilitating Exports and International Transportation,” will explore the role of the intermediary in managing the domestic and international supply chain, compliance with Export Administration Regulations and Trade Agreements, and basic considerations when starting a foreign wholly owned subsidiary or joint venture from a practical business perspective.

Quinter is Chair of the International Law Section of The Florida Bar and serves as Chair of the Florida Bar’s International Trade and Customs Committee. He is also Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Customs Law and International Transportation Committees, selected as one of the top customs lawyers in the United States in Chambers USA 2014 and Board Certified in International Law by The Florida Bar.

Quinter primarily represents individuals and companies in resolving problems regarding their import and export activities, especially matters involving U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
