GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, DC, has an immediate opening for a part-time Support Services team member in the Tallahassee office.
This role involves a range of daily responsibilities, including reception desk duties; sorting and distributing incoming mail; completing copy and scanning requests; lifting and carrying client files; stocking copiers and printers; preparing FedEx and mail for delivery; monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies and assisting with various administrative tasks. Successful candidate will be capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy boxes.
