GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Naples office for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Position requires 5+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
Successful candidate must also have 3+ years of receptionist and administrative experience, ability to multi-task in a fast paced professional environment and excellent communication skills. Primary duties will be assisting assigned attorneys and performing receptionist tasks. Duties will also include answering and routing telephone calls, handling large scan jobs, handling incoming emails, greeting and assisting visitors, ordering and maintaining supplies, scheduling appointments, assist with electronic and paper records management, maintaining conference room schedules, travel short distances between offices, run errands, and any other tasks or duties that are assigned.
The ideal candidate will also possess good time management skills, keen attention to detail, and be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. Polished and professional demeanor and presentation is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
