Description
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an opening in our Miami or Tampa offices for a second to fifth year Litigation Associate – employment law and prior judicial clerk experience a plus. This position will entail employment litigation in federal and state courts and the defense of administrative actions, transactional work (including drafting agreements, policies and procedures, etc.), and counseling clients on labor/employment issues relevant to both public and private employers.
The successful candidate will be admitted to the Florida Bar and have excellent analytical, research and writing skills, as well as litigation experience. Additional skills include the ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously with keen attention to detail.
