GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a Client Development Manager based in our Orlando, Tampa or Miami offices. The Client Development Manager reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
The position is responsible for implementing effective business development plans which are aligned with Firm goals. This successful candidate also assists with various aspects of client development, including gathering input from attorneys and other information sources, drafting qualifications and client value propositions, as well as coaching attorneys on pitch meeting strategies.
The Client Development Manager will identify existing client relationships that provide potential for cross-office and cross-practice growth. The proven ability to collaborate and develop comprehensive plans is required for this position. It is expected that the Manager stay apprised of current legal industry trends through proactive market and competitive research. The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ of progressive experience working in a professional services organization, law firm experience a plus.
