Help Desk Analyst

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 15 offices spanning the State of Florida and Washington, DC, has an immediate opening in our Orlando office for an experienced Help Desk Analyst based in our Orlando office. The Help Desk Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting users firm wide with software related questions and also troubleshoots basic PC hardware/network issues. This Analyst also assists with IT projects - evaluating and implementing new software. The ideal candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and be capable of responding to users regarding a variety of complex questions in a professional, efficient and timely manner.

The position requires 2 + years’ experience troubleshooting software and hardware problems with detailed and specific working knowledge of a variety of software including and not limited to Windows 10, Nuance Power PDF, Litera Change-Pro and Citrix. Capable in formatting and troubleshooting Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 2016.  Experience with iManage FileSite and SysAid (Help Desk ticketing software). Law Firm experience is a plus.
