GrayRobinson, P.A., a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 15 offices spanning the state of Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in Tallahassee for an Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 10+ years’ professional office experience who will work with the Lobbying Team. The Administrative Assistant’s primary duties include creating, compiling, and editing documents such as engagement letters, generating lobbyist and client bill reports, tracking legislation in LobbyTools, scheduling and coordinating conference calls and meetings, arranging travel details, completing and tracking lobbyists registrations and reviewing House disclosures for legal compliance. The successful candidate must possess effective multi-tasking, organizational skills, excellent writing and communication skills, and keen attention to detail. The position also requires professionalism, time management skills, and excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
