GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for an Audio Visual Technician in our Orlando office. Primary duties include supporting the technology needs of internal and external meetings and events. This role monitors and supports common meeting collaboration tools such as WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. Assists with resource scheduling using the firm’s scheduling application and performs routine AV maintenance on all assigned systems, while ensuring dedicated room equipment is tested and functional at all times.
Position requires two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment. Successful candidate must have advanced level knowledge of software and hardware associated with audio and video conferencing, both computer and H.323/room-based systems, as well as experience with video editing software. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are also required, as is a strong sense of professionalism and initiative. Candidate must be customer service-oriented and have the ability to multitask and prioritize requests in order to complete same in a timely manner.
