Real Estate Assistant

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 15 offices spanning the State of Florida and Washington, DC, has an opening in our Naples office for a full-time Real Estate Assistant. Position requires 3+ years of real estate experience in a law firm and the following related skills:

  • Ability to open and close real estate matters;
  • Ability to disburse payments;
  • Knowledge of title insurance, etc. 

Successful candidate must also have 3+ years of receptionist and administrative experience, ability to multi-task in a fast paced professional environment and excellent communication skills. Primary duties will be assisting the Real Estate practice group and performing receptionist tasks. Duties will also include answering and routing telephone calls, handling large scan jobs, handling incoming emails, greeting and assisting visitors, ordering and maintaining supplies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining conference room schedules.

The ideal candidate will also possess good time management skills, keen attention to detail, and be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
