Baio focuses her practice on banking and finance and litigation. She has experience counseling clients on bankruptcy, insurance defense and personal injury matters. Prior to becoming an associate at GrayRobinson, Baio was a bankruptcy paralegal at several prominent law firms in the West Palm Beach, Tampa and Orlando Areas representing creditors, debtors and trustees. She then went on to practice insurance defense as an in-house trial attorney for Allstate.
Baio received her undergraduate degree from Rollins College and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University. During law school, Baio served as an Extern for the Department of Justice Office of the U.S. Trustee and as a Judicial Extern to Chief Judge Michael G. Williamson at the United States Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida. Baio was an active member of her law school community, founding the Stetson Law Transfer Scholarship and serving as Vice President of the Stetson Chapter of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Law Student Division.
