Johanna is a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tampa office. She focuses her practice in commercial real estate law, including acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties such as residential subdivisions, office buildings, data centers, apartments, medical facilities and shopping centers. She represents developers, institutional lenders and borrowers, commercial landlords and tenants and real estate investment trusts. Johanna is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" and holds Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating, AV Preeminent.
Johanna was born in Tallahassee, Florida, and grew up in Sarasota, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in hotel and restaurant management. In December 2011, Johanna graduated first in her class from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Johanna was a member of the Stetson Law Review, where she held positions as assistant executive editor, notes and comments editor, and marketing editor. Johanna also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Johanna enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. She loves the outdoors and likes to boat, play tennis and go for walks with her son and goldendoodle.
