Philip has been practicing law since 1970 in the areas of real estate, land use and zoning, corporate, and estate planning and probate law. Presently, at least 70 percent of his practice is devoted to real estate, land use and zoning law.

  • Background

    Philip was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, and resided in West Hartford, Connecticut. He graduated from William H. Hall High School in West Hartford in 1960 and thereafter attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs, where in 1964 he graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration. Thereafter, he attended the University of Connecticut Law School, where he graduated with his juris doctor in 1967. In September of 1967 he was inducted into the U.S. Army and served as a Captain in the Signal Corps in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged in 1969. In 1970 he moved to Brevard County, Florida. He married Pamela Nohrr in 1984, and they presently reside in Brevard County with their three children: Jon Ross, Alexander and Rachel.
