Prior to becoming an Associate at GrayRobinson, Lauren practiced insurance defense in Tampa, Florida, as an in-house Trial Attorney for Allstate. During law school, she served as an Extern for the Department of Justice Office of the U.S. Trustee, and as a Judicial Extern to Chief Judge Michael G. Williamson at the United States Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida.

In addition to being involved in several professional associations, Lauren is an active member of the community by serving as a mentor to Stetson Law Review students, and as a practice bankruptcy judge for the Duberstein Moot Court Competition. She also founded the Stetson Law Transfer Scholarship to aid incoming transfer students in their transition to a new academic setting.
