Gabriela I. Villamizar Attorney At Law
Gabriela defends clients in a broad range of civil litigation, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and professional and medical malpractice matters. With experience in all phases of litigation, Gabriela partners with her clients from intake to resolution, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Gabriela was an associate attorney at a national defense firm, where her practice focused on personal injury and premises liability litigation for multi-national Fortune 500 companies. She also interned for a boutique law firm in Fort Lauderdale where she assisted with foreign trademark application searches and researched issues regarding life rights, trademark infringement, and the Lanham Act.
Gabriela grew up in Wellington, Florida. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree biology, and went on to receive her juris doctor cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While attending law school, Gabriela served as Executive Justice for Academics of the Moot Court Society, Lead Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law, and was recognized by the National Order of Barristers for her exceptional skills in oral advocacy and brief writing. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Gabriela worked as a Research Assistant for her Legal Research and Writing Professor and was a Judicial Intern at the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
