Charles J. "Chad" Thomas Attorney At Law

Chad is of counsel in the Firm’s Tampa office, where he concentrates his practice on advising public and private-sector clients in all areas of labor and employment law. His experience includes employment litigation, labor relations, equal opportunity law, and wage and hour law.  Chad represents clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and during administrative proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies. In addition to his experience in private practice, Chad formerly worked as the in-house labor attorney for a publicly-traded company with operations throughout the United States.

  Chad graduated with distinction from Northwestern University and continued on to earn his law degree cum laude from the University of Michigan. He has been a speaker for The Florida Bar and has appeared on Spanish-language television to discuss legal issues.
