Andrew is an associate in GrayRobinson’s Miami office. He focuses his practice on criminal and white collar defense, government investigations, complex civil litigation, and fraud matters involving COVID-19/coronavirus issues, including the Paycheck Protection Program ("PPP"), Economic Injury Disaster Loans (“EIDL”), and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (“CARES") Act. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Andrew worked as a law clerk in the Firm’s Miami office.

During law school, Andrew served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Andrew also served as a legal fellow in the University of Miami School of Law Health Rights Clinic, where he represented underprivileged members of the Miami community in various areas of state, federal and administrative law.
