The article discusses a potential class-action lawsuit occurring from issues in Florida’s unemployment-compensation system. Deloitte attorney Boudet, along with the attorneys for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, argued that the judge should dismiss the lawsuit, which was filed after a crush of coronavirus-caused unemployment claims overwhelmed the system this spring.
