Labor and Employment E-lert: New Information from the DOL: Question and Answer Guidance Issued Regarding Families First Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response Act (FFCRA)

The Department of Labor just issued a Question and Answer Guidance on the FFCRA. The Act will be effective on April 1, 2020. This is a day earlier than what the DOL previously indicated would be the starting date.
