TALLAHASSEE, FL – March 9, 2020 – John J. Harris, government consultant in the firm’s Tallahassee law firm office, and Kristen Catasus, associate in the firm’s Miami law firm office, published an article in the March 2020 Southern Beverage Journal, Florida Edition magazine. The article, "Up to Speed," targets all alcohol beverage retail dealers and suppliers in the Florida market. It focuses on what reportable changes are required to be filed with the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco related to beer; beer and wine; or beer wine and spirits licenses. The list includes changes in physical address, changes in business name, changes in executive officers, temporarily or permanently expanding the boundaries of the licensed premises, and remodeling a space within a licensed premises. Harris and Catasus write, "every action taken in the rule making process must be published by the Division on the Florida Administrative Register, which can be found online at www.flrules.org."
