Orlando, Fla. – February 12, 2021 – GrayRobinson’s Christopher T. Dawson, shareholder and government consultant in the Orlando and Tallahassee law firm offices, was selected to serve on Central Florida Political Leadership Institute Class of 2021. The Central Florida Political Leadership Institute is a program of the Orlando Economic Partnership that works to provide the Orlando region with quality jobs, economic growth, broad-based prosperity and a sustainable quality of life. In this role, Dawson will explore future public leadership opportunities and discover how his experience could address critical public-policy issues. This year the selection committee received far more qualified and outstanding applicants than the limited number of seats available.
Dawson is credentialed as a Designated Professional Lobbyist by the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists. He is involved in organizations such as the Young Ambassadors Council for the Florida House on Capitol Hill, the Florida Chamber Political Institute, and the Associated Industries of Florida. His civic activity includes the Greater Orlando Builders Association, the Apopka Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Greater Orlando Sports Commission. Dawson was selected to participate in Connect Florida Class VI, Leadership Seminole Class 29, Leadership Orlando Class 93, and is involved with Leadership Florida.
