Cole Carlson, Brock Magruder, Tucker Thoni, and Joseph Salzverg Elevated to Shareholders of GrayRobinson

ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Cole Carlson, Brock Magruder, Tucker Thoni, and Joseph Salzverg have been elevated to shareholders of the firm, effective immediately.

Cole Y. Carlson, Intellectual Property and Technology, Tampa
Recently named among the "Ones to Watch" for 2021-2022 by Best Lawyers in America, Carlson is known for litigating patent (including Hatch-Waxman), copyright, trademark, unfair competition, trade secret, false advertising, and other related state law disputes. A registered patent attorney, Carlson has experience prosecuting patent and trademark matters in front of the USPTO. Carlson also routinely works on myriad intellectual property licensing issues, as well as conducts due diligence for mergers and acquisitions involving intellectual property.

G. Brock Magruder III, Commercial Litigation, Orlando
Recently named among the "Ones to Watch" for 2021-2022 by Best Lawyers in America, Magruder is known for concentrating his practice on commercial litigation and handling cases ranging from simple breach of contract claims to defense of state and federal class action lawsuits. He represents clients in diverse industries from sports and entertainment to health care, as well as several of Florida’s state universities and colleges in public records issues and state and federal constitutional claims.

Thoni is a commercial transactional attorney known for focusing his practice on tax, real estate, business, finance, and health care matters. With more than a decade of experience in Florida’s political and public policy arenas, he has served as a campaign manager and political consultant to several members of the Miami-Dade Legislative Delegation and as a legislative analyst in the Florida House of Representatives. Salzverg is also known for representing clients before local governments on procurement, land use, and general government matters. He also assists corporate and non-profit interests in market entrance strategies and community engagement initiatives throughout South Florida.
