John Boudet Joins GrayRobinson as Chair of Complex Litigation

ORLANDO, FL – May 1, 2015 – John A. Boudet joins GrayRobinson as Chair of Complex Litigation. His practice extends throughout the United States and he also has experience working in Latin America representing multi-national clients. He will reside in GrayRobinson’s Orlando and Miami offices.

Boudet’s practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions, product liability, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation, environmental damages litigation, and commercial litigation. While his clients include businesses of all types, from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies, the majority of his work comes from manufacturers, consumer products companies, national retailers, and Wall Street investment firms. As a trial lawyer, he achieved a national reputation in the presentation of complex technical, scientific and economic evidence while representing the DuPont Company in a series of highly publicized toxic tort cases involving Benlate fungicide. Since then, general counsels of major companies have continued to seek Boudet’s assistance with high stakes matters.

John has been named to Florida Trend’s "Legal Elite," "Best Lawyers in America," Orlando Magazine’s "Best Lawyers in Orlando" and Florida Super Lawyers magazine.

"John’s background in product liability gives him the edge when representing clients in highly technical and complex matters and he is an accomplished leader having co-chaired Greenberg Traurig’s Global Products Liability and Toxic Torts Practice Group for more than a decade. We are excited to bring his many talents to GrayRobinson," said managing director Byrd F. "Biff" Marshall, Jr.

Boudet received both his bachelor’s and juris doctor from Florida State University.
