Alexandria Vita Hill is an associate in the Jacksonville office and practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate transactions, bankruptcy, and corporate and business transactions.  Her experience includes representing businesses in all aspects of the corporate life cycle, including entity selection issues, shareholder disputes, asset and stock purchases and exit strategies.

Benjamin W. Newman practices in the Litigation practice group concentrating in insurance defense, medical malpractice defense and mediation/arbitration services. He represents medical and podiatric physicians, hospitals, home health nursing agencies, chiropractors and emergency medical services. He has developed a special interest in emerging areas of health care delivery, including ambulatory surgery centers and urgent care clinics. He has given presentations and seminars to physicians, hospital staffs, health care administrators and insurance professionals on a variety of liability and risk management issues. Newman also concentrates on his alternative dispute resolution practice as a federal and state certified mediator, as well as a qualified arbitrator by the Florida Supreme Court.

Nicole ("Niki") Park is of counsel in GrayRobinson's Orlando office. Her practice area is focused primarily on family and matrimonial law, including premarital agreements, dissolution of marriage, post dissolution, paternity and domestic violence matters. She has diverse experience with family law litigation, involving complex financial matters and sensitive parenting issues. Park is also trained in collaborative law. She works regularly with various experts relative to pre-and-post dissolution matters, including CPA's, financial planners, appraisers, business valuators and psychologists to provide comprehensive legal representation to her clients.
