Two GrayRobinson Attorneys Appointed to the Judicial Nominating Commission

LAKELAND and BOCA RATON, FL – September 3, 2014 – Florida Governor Rick Scott has appointed two GrayRobinson attorneys to the Judicial Nominating Commission. Kristie Hatcher-Bolin, a shareholder in the firm’s Lakeland office, has been appointed to the Second District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission and Jeffrey T. Kuntz, a shareholder in the firm’s Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale offices, has been reappointed for a second term to the Fifteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. The term for both Hatcher-Bolin and Kuntz begins August 29, 2014, and ends July 1, 2018.

Hatcher-Bolin focuses her practice in the areas of appellate, general civil and commercial litigation, and employment law. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, she clerked for the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, United States District Court Judge in Tampa, Florida for two years. Hatcher-Bolin holds membership to The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.

Kuntz focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and appellate law within the banking and finance and employee benefits industries. He practices in state and federal courts, and is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
