TAMPA, FL – April 17, 2014 - GrayRobinson, P.A. has been named one of Tampa Bay’s 2014 "Top Workplaces" by the Tampa Bay Times.
Employees initially nominated companies receiving the "Top Workplaces" award. Subsequently, WorkplaceDynamics, project partner with the Tampa Bay Times, invited 1,055 companies to participate in an examination of the best places to work. To be considered for participation, companies or government entities had to employ at least 50 workers in Florida and be at least a year old. The surveyed companies employ 56,121 people in the Tampa Bay area. Of those employees, 46,786 received surveys and 30,352 responded, either on paper or online.
Employees were surveyed regarding topics including leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility, and diversity within the workplace.
"This report sheds light on how these Tampa Bay companies are engaging employees and creating productive work environments," said Graham Brink, Times business editor.
The Tampa office of GrayRobinson dates back to 2001 and is the firm’s second largest office, with over 100 employees and legal professionals.
